In Ninja Commando, you have to select one player out of three. The players names are JOE, Ryu and Rayar. After selecting the player, you are ready to play the game. This game is very similar to Gun Smoke game. The difference is that the screen do not scroll automatically. You can find life for your player from different stones, barrels etc.

At the end of each round, you have to kill the boss. For example, at the first round, you have to kill the boss who will attack you using a space ship. Similarly, at the second rounds, you have to defeat three mummies. If your player dies, you can get the player back by inserting coin before the end of time.
